A wonderful morning on the Chiswick High Road with The Minx. Of interest: I noticed that my heart was registering ill-will, and a sense also of its source of origin.
A taxi to Heathrow Terminal One & an uneventful flight to Barcelona on Air Iberia, operated by British Airways. We left a little late, due to offloading the baggage of a sick passenger, and arrived little late in an eruptile thunder storm with impressive lightning. Hernan & Ignacio were waiting to collect me & drove us around a large part of Barcelona’s suburbs en route to Sant Cugat, a sightseeing tour that was more fortuitous than planned. Arriving late for dinner with a good dessert: cheesecake. Small, but very tasty.

22.48 An honourable performance.
The Dominican Sisters set up a router for us at night-time, and nocturnal wifi is available. This is a mixed blessing. There are several pressing arisings that need my attention, but few more powerfully distracting energy-sucks on a GC course than e-mail. However, a brief glance at the inbox revealed an e-letter relating to this morning’s sense of heart-attack. An interesting confirmation: we know more than convention allows for us to know; yet how easy it is for imagination to lead us astray.
